Dr. Pamela Lovell | Back In Place Chiropractic | Templeton Non-Force

What To Expect

DNFT® at Back in Place Chiropractic can relieve pain, improve function, and enhance your overall well-being.

During your initial visit, Dr. Pamela Lovell will learn about you and your health concerns by assessing your chief complaint with a detailed examination and history.  Once your exam is complete, Dr. Pam, through a very specific analysis, will determine the exact areas in your body that are out of alignment and with gentle low-force thrusts completely correct the misalignment in your spine.

Depending on the severity of your situation, Dr. Pam will recommend the number of necessary treatments to achieve your health goals.

If needed, Dr. Pam will refer you to other healthcare professionals and will be happy to work with that physician, physical therapist, acupuncturist, surgeon, or other care provider.

Most initial chiropractic visits are one hour and follow-up visits take 20-30 minutes.

Your role in your health

Because we desire the best results possible for you and your health, we will explain what is causing your pain and give you the tools to recover quickly. These may include brief simple exercises, dietary changes, and restructuring activities of daily living. We will also work to improve your awareness of daily habits and poor posture that may contribute to spinal misalignments.

Dr. Pam will only schedule necessary treatments and will release you as soon as you are able to continue recovering on your own. We are confidant that we will exceed your expectations when it comes to pain relief, improved function, and your overall treatment experience.

Insurance

At the time of treatment, our office can provide you with a fully completed superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. It will include all of the treatment and diagnosis codes you’ll need. We are non-participating Medicare providers. This means that we will submit your Medicare claim for you; however, we will still ask for your payment at the time of service. Medicare will then reimburse you directly.  Please let us know if you would like a superbill at the end of your treatment.

X-rays and MRIs

X-rays are not needed to initiate treatment, but if you do have x-rays or MRIs please bring them with you during your initial visit.  We will utilize these to make a more in-depth assessment of your situation.
